Tatiana

Tatiane Canali is one of our employees that has been with us since day one. She was born and raised in Brazil and moved to the states a few months before our opening. She spends 4 days in the kitchen with us a week. She is the cook’s right hand. She is an extremely hard worker and is known for her cleanliness. She always has great stories and is very sweet. She has been in the restaurant industry for about 10 years. She also comes from a family that loves to cook and they make everything from scratch. We love that she is bringing in ideas from her own culture. The polenta bowl that you have seen on our special board is her grandmothers recipe and will soon be on our permanent menu.
