We are really excited to announce our new partnership with George that will now be roasting our very own coffee, harvest coffee. We have been pairing different roasts with our house made milks and are very satisfied with the results. Now for sale are our Colombian roast and Ethiopian roast more info below. These amazeng beans will shortly be available online. We are also woking on a home brewing class and coffee workshop at Harvest cafe. More info coming soon.

This is an Excelso EP grade Fair Trade and Organic certified coffee from the Asemprogrope, located in the Planadas municipality of the Tolima region of Colombia. ASEMPROGROPE is a small producer association started in 2004 which currently includes 23 male and 9 female members. Varieties harvested include Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia and altitude ranges from 1650 – 2100 masl.

This Grade 3 Organic Ethiopian Limmu comes from the Burka Gudina Estate. Ibrahim Hussein is the third generation owner of Burka Gudina whose grandfather started planting and producing coffee in the 1930’s. Today the estate uses 150 hectares of its 250 hectares as farmland for coffee production, and the 3,332 trees at the estate are 16 years old as of this year. Burka Gudina, which translates to ‘Where Blessings Grow’, currently has 77 members as part of its association, and employs 120 people at the peak season. The estate also proudly employs its own agronomist, Kilamork Agarish, to whom it credits much of its continued success. Growing altitude at the estate ranges from ranges from 1850-2000 masl.
