When you are eating vegetarian most people are concerned about the protein intake, almost every vegetable has some amount of protein–not complete protein–but protein. We use nuts, seeds, grains, beans (and eggs) to complete the protein intake in every dish we serve here at Harvest. What we often forget about when we stop eating meat is our mineral intake, which is equally important. That is where the super nut–also known as cashew–comes in.
